We’re looking for a UGC Manager to drive content production through working with creators.

This role sits at the intersection of creative and performance marketing — it’s not just about producing content, but understanding what works, why it works, and how to scale it.

You’ll be responsible for the full UGC pipeline — from sourcing creators to delivering high-performing creatives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with UGC / creators / content production
Strong ability to write clear briefs and set tasks
Negotiation skills and ability to manage creator relationships
Budget awareness and understanding of cost-efficiency
Strong organizational skills — ability to manage databases and keep things structured
Interest in performance marketing (or willingness to grow in this area)
Attention to detail and ownership mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

Source and find new UGC creators (platforms, outreach, testing new talent)
Build, maintain, and develop a database of creators (tracking, segmentation, performance)
Create clear and structured briefs for UGC creators
Manage incoming requests from the creative and performance teams
Communicate and negotiate with creators (rates, timelines, deliverables)
Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient content production
Oversee content quality and ensure alignment with briefs
Work with multiple creators in parallel
Test different creative approaches and formats
Contribute to ideation and new creative hypotheses
Analyze results together with the team (what worked / what didn’t)
