Terms of Payment

These Terms of Payment (“Payment Terms”) govern all paid services provided through Wantapply, including employer job postings, promotion packages, branding services, subscription features, and any additional paid recruitment tools offered on the platform.
By purchasing any paid feature on the platform, you (“Customer”, “Employer”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Payment.
1. Paid Services
WantApply provides paid recruitment and employer branding services, including but not limited to:
- Paid job publication packages;
- Featured and promoted job listings;
- Employer branding services;
- Homepage placements and sponsorships;
- Access to premium recruitment tools;
- Priority support;
- Matchmaking and AI-related recruitment features;
- Custom recruitment or advertising services.
Current plans and pricing are published on:
Available plans may include Free, Basic, Promo, Package, Brand Basic, Brand Premium, and other custom offerings.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may:
- exclude applicable taxes, VAT, or local duties;
- change at any time without prior notice;
- vary depending on region, promotional campaigns, or negotiated enterprise agreements.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe or other payment gateways.
By submitting payment information, you:
- confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method;
- authorize WantApply to charge the selected payment method;
- agree to applicable payment processor terms.
WantApply does not store full payment card information on its own servers.
4. Billing and Invoices
Invoices may be issued electronically after successful payment.
The customer is responsible for:
- providing accurate billing information;
- ensuring VAT/company details are correct;
- maintaining updated payment information.
If required by applicable law, VAT may be added to invoices.
5. No Guarantee of Hiring Results
Paid services improve visibility and promotion opportunities but do not guarantee:
- candidate applications;
- interviews;
- hires;
- recruitment success;
- specific traffic or conversion metrics.
Visibility statements such as “up to 5x more views” or “up to 10x more views” are estimates based on internal historical performance and do not constitute guarantees.
6. Publication Periods
Job listings and promotional services remain active only for the duration specified in the purchased package.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- free publications may expire after 30 days;
- promotional placements are temporary;
- unused services expire automatically after the applicable period.
6.1 Payment
- Payments must be made in advance via accepted payment methods.
- An invoice will be issued after payment.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds are only available in cases of proven technical error on our part. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- duplicate payment;
- technical failure caused solely by WantApply;
- accidental billing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. WantApply reserves the right to deny refund requests where:
- the service was substantially delivered;
- platform rules were violated;
- fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
7. Refund Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable once:
- a job listing has been published;
- promotional services have started;
- branding services have been activated;
- digital services have been delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. WantApply reserves the right to deny refund requests where:
- the service was substantially delivered;
- platform rules were violated;
- fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
8. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
If subscription-based services are introduced:
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal;
- renewal pricing may differ from the initial promotional price;
- users may cancel recurring billing through their account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not create retroactive refunds.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- suspension of services;
- removal of published vacancies;
- account restriction or termination;
- debt recovery procedures where permitted by law.
We encourage customers to contact support before initiating payment disputes.
10. Promotional Services
Certain packages may include:
- homepage placement;
- category sponsorship;
- social media promotion;
- employer branding visibility.
Placement timing, duration, and visibility are determined by WantApply at its discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Free Plans
WantApply may provide free publication plans with limited functionality. Free plans may include restrictions such as:
- limited number of active job postings;
- reduced visibility;
- no guaranteed promotion;
- limited support.
WantApply may modify or discontinue free plans at any time.
12. Fraud Prevention
WantApply reserves the right to:
- refuse transactions;
- suspend suspicious accounts;
- request identity or company verification;
- remove fraudulent or misleading vacancies.
Failure to pass verification may result in cancellation of services without refund.
13. Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for:
- applicable taxes;
- VAT obligations;
- local reporting requirements;
- withholding obligations under local law.
14. Changes to Pricing or Services
WantApply may:
- modify pricing;
- change package features;
- discontinue services;
- introduce new paid features
at any time. Changes do not affect services already purchased unless required by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WantApply shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- loss of profits;
- hiring outcomes;
- candidate behavior;
- recruitment losses;
- business interruption.
Total liability relating to paid services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

17. Governing Law
These Terms of Payment shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of WantApply, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
