User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads)

Requirements
3+ years of experience with Google Ads
Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
Professional use of Google Ads Editor
Experience working with Birch
A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus
Would be a plus
Experience using AI for operational automation and testing.
A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics would be a plus.
Experience building or improving acquisition processes.
Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker)
Responsibilities
Competitive and market research and insights generation
Full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy (from research to scaling)
Audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research
Setup, optimization, and scaling of demand generation campaigns
A/B testing: developing hypotheses, analyzing results, identifying learnings, and implementing rollouts
Building and automating campaign structures and workflows
Analytical insights reporting (not just numbers — insights → actions)
Proactively collaborate with internal teams (product and creative)
Escalating and handling Google support tickets for policy limitations
Sharing expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team
