Account Director โ Performance Marketing
๐ About Plurio
Plurio (ex-Elly Analytics) is an AI agent for performance marketing teams. We're not another dashboard or analytics tool โ we're building AI that actually does the work: analyzes campaigns, spots problems, reallocates budgets, and explains what's happening in plain language.
We've raised $4.5M total, with the most recent $3.5M announced in March 2026. We work with marketing teams spending $100Kโ$5M/month on paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) โ companies with complex funnels, long conversion chains, subscription and repeat-purchase models, and LTV-driven optimization (think EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, Healthcare, Home Services).
The team is 30+ people, fully remote, and radically AI-first โ everyone works in Cursor with a shared workspace. We don't just sell AI; we run on it.
A Personal Note from Kirill (CEO & CBDO)
Hey. I'm Kirill Kasimskiy, co-founder and CEO & CBDO at Plurio.
I've spent 20+ years in performance marketing โ running budgets, building teams, selling to enterprise clients. I know what it feels like to manage $1M+/month across multiple platforms and still not have enough hours in the day.
We're hiring Account Directors because we've completed the pilot stage and are ready to scale. Our pilots convert. Clients recommend us. Now we need someone who can sit across from a CMO, understand their world โ what keeps them up at night, how their teams work, what they actually care about โ and show them exactly how Plurio changes their daily operations.
If you've been that person โ the one who knows enterprise marketing leaders personally, understands how their teams operate from the inside, and builds relationships that go beyond Zoom calls โ let's talk.
๐ Why This Role Exists
Plurio has completed the pilot stage and is ready to scale into enterprise accounts. We need an Account Director who can build relationships with marketing teams spending $500Kโ$5M/month on paid ads โ someone who speaks the language of CMOs, understands how enterprise marketing organizations really work, and knows what matters to these leaders both professionally and personally.
You know what it takes to manage clients with multi-million monthly budgets. You understand the corporate kitchen โ how decisions get made, who the stakeholders are, what keeps a VP of Marketing up at night. You've been in those rooms, at those dinners, at those off-sites. You don't just know the business โ you know the people.
This is a relationship-first role with real commercial impact. You help clients onboard onto the product, extract genuine value from the AI agent, and build strategy alongside their teams. You close deals, grow accounts, and bring in new ones โ because that's what great account directors do. You develop existing relationships and open new doors, using both the product and your own network.
Location: Remote (Global) โข Type: Full-time โข Reports to: CEO (Seva Ustinov) / CEO & CBDO (Kirill Kasimskiy)
๐ฏ What Youโll Own
Client Relationships & Value Extraction
Managing a client portfolio with a combined budget of $5Mโ20M/month
Strategic conversations with CMO/VP Marketing-level stakeholders โ understanding their KPIs, challenges, internal politics
Onboarding clients onto the product: helping the client's team integrate Plurio as an indispensable part of their marketing stack
Helping clients extract maximum value from the AI agent โ so Plurio actually changes their daily operations
Quarterly Business Reviews: demonstrate ROI, propose expansion, collect feedback
Sales
Closing enterprise deals ($50Kโ200K ARR)
Discovery calls: understand the client's workflow, show how Plurio solves their specific pain
Demo: not "here are features" but "here's how this changes your work" โ using the client's real data
Pipeline management: from first touchpoint to closed-won
Product Feedback Loop
Passing client insights to the product team
Prioritizing feature requests: what the market needs, not what one client asks for
Participating in roadmap discussions
๐ฏ What We're Looking For
๐ฅ Must-Haves
10+ years in performance marketing โ you were "that person" on the team who managed the budget, made decisions, and was accountable for results
Managing budgets of $500K+/month โ you know what a million-dollar-a-month campaign looks like and what problems arise at that scale
Deep expertise in at least one platform (Meta, Google, TikTok) โ not "I set up ads" but "I know how the auction works, where the money hides, and why CPA spikes on Thursdays"
Enterprise client experience โ you can talk to a CMO as an equal, you understand how enterprise marketing teams operate from the inside, you know what matters to these leaders โ their KPIs, their politics, their priorities. You've been on joint calls, QBRs, off-sites. This world is not new to you.
You've built systems, not just optimized by hand โ automated rules, reporting pipelines, team processes. You scale through systems.
Professional-level English โ our clients are in the US market
Ideal Background
You're a VP Marketing / Head of Acquisition / Performance Director with experience in segments with complex funnels and LTV-driven models โ for example, EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. You own budget allocation across channels and understand the specifics of complex funnels: long conversion chains, subscription and repeat-purchase models, off-site revenue, LTV-driven optimization. You know what it means to manage advertising when the purchase doesn't happen on day one โ when the funnel requires CRM and backend integration for accurate attribution. You can run a deep business-level marketing diagnostic โ not just "CTR dropped" but "here's why unit economics don't work and what to do about it."
Or: you're an Account Director / Client Partner at a boutique performance marketing agency. You manage 5โ10 key clients, each with a budget of $200Kโ1M/month. You build relationships with CMOs, sell upsells, and know what's happening on their accounts better than they do.
Or: you've worked on the platform side โ at Google, Meta, or TikTok. You know the ecosystem from the inside: how auctions work, which levers matter, who makes decisions on the side of major advertisers.
โก Huge Bonus (will significantly impact speed and results)
Existing network and contacts in the enterprise segment โ you already know CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Acquisition at companies spending $500K+/month. This isn't a new world you'd be building from scratch โ you're already in it, and people take your calls. We believe this will dramatically accelerate both deal velocity and the depth of client relationships.
โก Nice to Have
Experience with AI/automation for marketing โ you already use AI tools in your work
Public speaking experience โ the role includes representing Plurio at client events, closed-door dinners, and conferences (US/EU). If you've stood in front of a room and held it, that's a strong signal.
Telegram channel, LinkedIn presence, blog โ you already share your expertise
โก Red Flags
Agency-only background with no client-side experience (or the reverse โ client-side only with no ability to sell)
"I set up ads" without systems thinking
No experience with budgets above $100K/month
No US market or enterprise client experience
Sales-driven without product understanding
๐ What You Can Expect
Competitive compensation, up to $15K/month โ base + performance bonuses tied to portfolio growth and new revenue
Direct access to the founders โ Seva Ustinov and Kirill Kasimskiy, 20+ years in performance marketing, built ITA Agency (100+ people, $15M/year revenue). You work with them directly.
A product that sells itself โ clients who try Plurio recommend it (90% recommendation rate from pilots). You won't be selling hot air.
AI-first team โ the entire company (30+ people) works in Cursor with a shared workspace. The most technologically advanced environment in the industry.
Remote-first โ work from anywhere. Part of the team is based in Lisbon, but it's not a requirement.
Product influence โ your client insights directly shape the roadmap. This isn't a corporation where feedback drowns in bureaucracy.
Early stage = maximum impact โ $4.5M raised, first enterprise clients, rapid growth. Your contribution will be visible immediately.
๐ Hiring Process
Intro โ short message + LinkedIn/CV. We respond within 48 hours.
Discovery call (Kirill, CEO & CBDO, or Evelina, CMO โ 30 min) โ fit check, expectations alignment, mutual questions
Deep dive (Seva, CEO โ 60 min) โ strategic conversation: how would you build growth for Plurio? Walking through a real case.
Client simulation (60 min) โ roleplay: you run a QBR with a "client" (Kirill plays the CMO). We want to see how you handle an enterprise conversation.
Offer โ if it's a mutual fit, we discuss terms and get started.
How to Apply
Write to Yulia (Head of People):
Telegram: @Amazing_Yulia
What to include:
LinkedIn profile or a short CV
2โ3 sentences: what budgets you've managed, which channels, what results
(Optional) An example of a case where you built a system (automated rules, reporting pipeline, process) rather than just optimized by hand
No cover letter, no formalities. We value specifics.
