Human Resources Generalist

Our team is growing! To support our rapid development, we are expanding our HR Operations team and looking for a dedicated professional to join us on-site at our office in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits: Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle with our external partner; oversee social security movements and benefit vendor relations.

• Legal Compliance: Draft employment contracts, manage termination letters, and ensure all processes align with Cyprus labor law.

• Immigration: Oversee right-to-work verifications and visa/residency status for international hires.

• Employee Lifecycle: Lead the administrative side of onboarding/offboarding, from documentation to equipment retrieval.

• Data & Reporting: Maintain the HR database, track metrics (turnover, headcount), and use Jira to automate department workflows.

• Audit & D&I: Coordinate annual HR audits and monitor diversity metrics to meet statutory requirements.

What makes you the perfect fit

• 5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.

• Advanced knowledge of Cyprus labor law and payroll procedures.

• Professional English fluency (written and verbal).

• High attention to detail and experience handling confidential data.

• Experience with Jira or workflow automation tools is a plus.

• Experience in finance or trading domain

• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
