Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in an HRBP role, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth industries.
HR Expertise: Deep understanding of Onboarding, Offboarding, and Performance Review methodologies and tools.
C&B Knowledge: Solid grasp of Compensation & Benefits basics, including experience with salary reviews and total rewards.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with HR Metrics and analysis methods to drive data-based decisions.
Change Management: Experience in managing organizational transitions and employee turnover.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
Language: Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with organizational growth and business needs.
Partner with department leads on organizational design, facilitating changes in structures, refining job descriptions, and managing internal mobility.
Performance & Employee Relations: Lead the Performance Management and succession planning cycles, ensuring every team member is aligned with company goals.
Act as a trusted advisor for managers on complex employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
Drive eNPS action plans to boost team engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
Onboard and mentor new managers, setting clear leadership expectations and introducing them to HR ecosystems.
Programs & Leadership Initiatives: Analyze and enhance Employee Experience programs to drive retention and engagement.
Design and execute leadership development initiatives to strengthen management capabilities across the board.
