Business Analyst

About the Role

The Growth team at Salmon is looking for experienced and proactive Business Analyst who will ensure successful transition to new HR IT architecture - analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing effective procedures to meet the company's goals.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business processes, architecture and the People — if you’re passionate about making processes structured, efficient, optimized and have background in people experiences, we’d like to meet!

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysis of current it services sales planning, mass hiring, sales agent app

• Development of proposals for optimization and automation

• Assessment of risks and benefits of changes

• Project implementation planning

• Description of processes in “as-is / to-be” format

• Formulation and documentation of requirements

• Interaction with key stakeholders

What we expect from candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/PM

• Fluent English, B1+ and higher

• Skills in gathering and analyzing requirements

• Experience working with functional and non-functional requirements

• Skills in describing and optimizing business processes

• Experience in process automation and IT solution implementation
