People Partner (US-focused, Telehealth)

We are building a full ecosystem of digital solutions and looking for a People Partner to take ownership of the US employee experience and help us build a strong, scalable HR function.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role - you will work directly with leadership, shape key people processes, and influence business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Own the full employee lifecycle for the US team - from onboarding to offboarding.
Partner with managers on performance, feedback, and employee development.
Build and run performance review processes, including mid-term and annual review cycles.
Drive competency matrix creation and support managers in using them in practice.
Coach managers on feedback, probation management, employee development, and people-related decision-making.
Support US-specific HR topics together with HR Ops and Legal, including employee relations and termination-related processes.
Analyze employee feedback, survey data, and people metrics - identify trends, propose action plans, and track progress.
Improve employee experience and build scalable HR processes for the US population.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and internal knowledge base in HR systems and tools.
Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of recent hands-on experience in HR / People Partner / HRBP roles with the US market.
Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding - performance - offboarding).
Proven experience building HR processes from scratch in dynamic environments.
Fluent Russian and English.
Hands-on experience running performance review cycles (mid-term / annual).
Experience building and implementing competency matrices.
Experience coaching managers and supporting L&D initiatives.
Practical exposure to US compliance and employee relations topics (incl. terminations).
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
Experience with HR analytics and reporting - ability to work with employee data, feedback results, and people metrics, translate insights into actionable improvements, and track outcomes.
Ability to analyze survey results (e.g. eNPS or similar feedback tools), identify problem areas, and propose clear action plans.
Strong data and systems mindset - confidence working with Google Sheets, trackers, and structured HR data.
Experience working with HR tools and documentation systems such as BambooHR, Lattice, Notion, or similar platforms.
Structured approach to problem-solving - ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management - ability to work with demanding and senior teams.
Emotional maturity and resilience in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work evening hours aligned with US-based schedule (EST).
B2B format, own equipment (located outside Belarus, Russia, Ukraine).
