Talent Acquisition Partner
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end hiring across tech and non-tech, from mid to executive; personally lead priority leadership searches.
Design and run a scalable hiring strategy across all departments.
Build, lead, and coach an in-house recruiting team: set goals, resolve issues, and ensure engagement.
Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and selection criteria, align headcount plans.
Shape and strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and drive employer branding in priority markets.
Own recruiting analytics and reporting: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, acceptance rate, quality of hire.
Build multi-channel sourcing engines via LinkedIn, Telegram, niche platforms, closed communities, and etc.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year in a team lead or head role.
Experience in building or scaling recruitment functions from scratch.
Strong stakeholder management skills: building trust with business, strategic alignment, data-driven mindset.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools and channels: LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, executive search.
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is a must.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environments.
