About the Role

At Atlar, the team is the company — and who we hire now will shape everything we become. We’re looking for a person to set up Talent Acquisition at Atlar, and take full ownership of hiring and help us build a top-tier team across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market. As our first dedicated talent hire, you’ll establish the foundations of how we hire for years to come.

You’ll run end-to-end recruiting for critical roles, from first outreach through to signed offer, and act as a strategic partner to founders and leaders, making sure we hit ambitious hiring goals without ever lowering the bar. Beyond closing roles, you’ll level up how we hire: tightening our processes, sharpening our assessment, building a repeatable sourcing engine, and pushing our talent brand into the markets we care about most.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish the Talent Acquisition function at Atlar – processes, tooling, and metrics

  • Manage the recruiting process end-to-end for a variety of roles and functions, with an initial focus on Product, Engineering, and GTM

  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to consistently bring in high-quality candidates

  • Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity in our ATS, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders

  • Establish yourself as a strategic partner to founders and hiring managers, advising and executing on our talent strategy

  • Provide an unmatched candidate experience that is fair, transparent, and timely

What You Need

  • Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies

  • Experience hiring for a mix of roles, ideally including both technical (Product/Engineering) and commercial (Sales/CS/Marketing)

  • Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume, high-paced, and fast-changing environment

  • Ability to organize around competing priorities and navigate frequent context changes

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders

  • Intellectually curious, strong work ethic, great teammate, and high integrity

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience owning talent acquisition in a high-growth environment

  • Background in recruiting in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or AI

  • Familiarity with tools like Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms

  • Role is based in our HQ at Tegnérlunden 3 in central Stockholm

  • Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity
