Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading Fluence’s own social media channels on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement and results across social platforms.
2. Ideate and schedule engaging and visually stunning content, including tweets, posts, shorts, and more.
3. Manage daily interactions on social media, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
4. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to build a loyal and engaged community.
5. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, share actionable insights, and optimize strategies based on data-driven recommendations.
6. Stay on top of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and DePIN-related topics. Create timely and trend-riding content that resonates with the audience.
7. Explore and establish additional content formats like blogs, newsletters, event recaps, behind-the-scenes posts, and highlights.
8. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and maintains a professional, engaging presence across platforms.

Must-Have:

1. Experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
2. Web3 or blockchain industry knowledge.
3. Strong creative copywriting skills, especially for short-form content.
4. Excellent written English & Russian
5. Understanding of platform-specific strategies for channels like Twitter and Telegram.
6. Proficiency in social media analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
7. Project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, stay organised, be able to juggle multiple accounts and campaigns.
8. Communication skills, punctuality and responsiveness.

Nice-to-Have:

1. A strong eye for design and experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (you don’t need to create visuals, you just need to speak with designers in their language).
2. Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn.
3. Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and make thoughtful decisions.
4. Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
