We are looking for a Reddit Community Growth Lead who lives on Reddit. Someone who will make pdf.net useful there — not just visible, and can turn conversations into customers.

You will be the hunting down document-related pain points across the platform and building the official [pdf.net](http://pdf.nethttp://pdf.net) subreddit into a thriving hub of power users, feedback, and support.

We're fully remote, operating worldwide: USA, Spain, Germany, Serbia, Argentina, Thailand. pdf.net is our fastest-growing product — and the one you'll be working on.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow the community hub

• Own and grow r/pdfnet — you’ll set the tone, create the rules, and ensure it’s a place where users actually want to hang out.

• Run weekly content: pro tips, product updates, feature showcases, AMAs with the product team

• Use social listening tools to track pdf.net mentions across Reddit in real time and respond where brand’s response is needed

• Collect user feedback and feature requests and bring them back to the team in a way that's actually actionable

Be the evangelist in the wild

• Become a recognized, helpful voice in relevant subreddits

• Use social listening tools to find people struggling with PDFs in real time and help them. You won't "pitch"—you will solve their problem using PDF.net, turning a technical hurdle into a "wow" moment.

• Monitor competitor mentions and be there when users hit a wall with Adobe, DocuSign, and others - you'll be there to offer a faster, friendlier alternative.

How we measure success

We track:

• Attributed conversions — promo code redemptions and Reddit-specific landing page traffic

• Subreddit growth — active members, quality threads, return visits

• Traffic correlation — spikes in pdf.net direct traffic tied to your activity in Amplitude

What we don't track: how many times you mentioned the product.

Reddit rewards genuine helpfulness — and so do we. Your primary job is to be useful: answer real questions, solve real problems, show up consistently in the right conversations. Conversions follow from that, not the other way around.

Upvote counts and comment volume matter when they bring real people in — new members, new visitors, new customers. A meme that lands and gets 2k upvotes? That counts too. We're a human company, not a content machine.

Who We’re Looking For

• Native active Redditor with an aged account with high karma

• You know the memes, the formatting, and how to avoid the сorporate сringe

• You write like a human, not a brand — you know when to be funny and when to be straight

• You understand how to get it all: upvotes, active members and conversions

• You can quickly learn the ins and outs of PDF.net to provide real technical support on the fly

• Self-motivated and comfortable in remote/async environments

• Experienced in community growth, social listening, or SMM

Salary & Contract

• Compensation: $36,000 — $72,000/year. Performance bonus is negotiable upon trial period, based on the performance, tied directly to attributed conversions from Reddit.

• Paid via deel.com (standard contract).
