SMM and Community Lead
We’re looking for an SMM and Community Lead to shape how Mira shows up in the world — leading social-first campaigns and building a content engine that people actually want to watch, save, and share. The ideal candidate is experienced in social-first content strategy, platform-native content development, and creator/UGC ecosystems. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5–6+ years of experience in social media strategy, content strategy, or creator marketing
Proven track record of building or scaling high-performing social channels in D2C or consumer brands with a strong focus on social-first and creator-led content (high-growth startups or large brands with proven organic social excellence)
Proven ability to own channels end-to-end – ensures projects don’t stall and are driven to real outcomes
Proactive, self-driven mindset – able to spot opportunities, propose ideas, and push them through without constant direction
Comfortable being hands-on when needed – able to create, test, and launch quickly, while scaling through delegation when effective
Collaborative, positive team player with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
Knows how to use AI to work smarter and faster – but brings original ideas, not copy-paste strategies

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, but comfortable to overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve Mira’s social-first strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Brand Communities, Reddit)
Bring creative social campaigns to life from concept to launch – driving clear timelines, strong execution, and seamless team alignment.
Translate brand narratives into high-performing, platform-native content formats
Build and manage a creator-led content engine for organic social – from briefing to scaling winning formats.
Work closely with the Influencer team & Growth team – to integrate organic and paid social for amplification and performance
Collaborate with Creative, Content, PMM, PR, and B2B to ensure consistent storytelling across channels
Identify and scale winning hooks, formats, and trends into repeatable content playbooks
Drive experimentation roadmap (new formats, platforms, content angles)
Collect and analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement and reach
Stay ahead of cultural trends and translate them into relevant, brand-aligned content
