Community Manager

We’re looking for a Community Manager to help grow and support the Farcana Shooter player community across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and X.

This role sits at the center of player communication, feedback, engagement, and community sentiment. You’ll help shape the relationship between the game and its players while working closely with Product, Marketing, and LiveOps teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and moderate official community channels.

• Collect and structure player feedback.

• Support community events and engagement initiatives.

• Create community-facing written content.

• Monitor engagement and sentiment metrics.

• Collaborate with streamers, creators, and partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in gaming community management.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Understanding of competitive shooter communities.

• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.

• Experience working with live-service communities.
