Principal Talent Partner (Engineering & Product)
In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to shape the organisation’s capability needs and long-term talent plans. You’ll take ownership of senior and business-critical searches, personally driving the delivery of high-impact hiring. In addition, you will coach and develop the team, helping to elevate the overall talent function and strengthen its strategic effectiveness across the company.
Responsibilities
Own senior search delivery across priority domains
Build hiring plans with leaders and Finance
Lead initiatives that improve process, impact or scalability
Mentor and coach team members
Use data and market insight to steer decisions for the whole department
Own strategic projects that impact all of Finom
Represent Finom in tech communities
Switch fluidly between strategy and execution with high trust and minimal oversight
Use data and market intelligence to steer department priorities and trade-offs
Own programmes that measurably improve scalability, quality, or time-to-hire across Finom
Define the measurement model, drive adoption, and report outcomes
Make strategic decisions on senior hiring, workforce planning, and process design with department-wide impact
Who you are
5+ years tech and product recruiting with senior search depth
Track record leading cross-functional hiring projects
Data fluency and crisp stakeholder communication
Readiness for future people leadership
Trusted adviser who switches between strategy and execution
Builder of people and capability
Commercial and comfortable with ambiguity
