Junior Recruiter
We’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to join us and take full ownership of the hiring process at ACM. You’ll be responsible for recruiting mid- and senior-level talent in investment, operations, and tech, and proactively grow a pipeline of top-tier talent for future hiring needs. Your role won’t be limited to closing roles — you’ll also build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring, work closely with hiring managers, and improve our recruitment process end-to-end.
What Will You Do
Fully manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all open roles at ACM, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
Take full ownership of hiring for investment-related roles, proactively growing and nurturing a strong talent pool of high potential candidates
Own and maintain the company’s career page and ATS database, ensuring content is up-to-date, attractive, and aligned with our employer brand
Consistently improve the candidate experience across all touchpoints — from first contact to first day — identifying bottlenecks and implementing enhancements
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and process expectations
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement
Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives that attract top talent in our industry, including internship programs, university partnerships, and creative recruitment campaigns
Ensure a high standard of communication and documentation throughout the recruitment process, maintaining transparency and compliance
What We Are Looking For
1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fastpaced or high-growth environments
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal
Proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-senior level positions, ideally in finance, investment, or tech-related fields
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
Passion about recruitment as a craft — not just a part of HR — with a desire to grow as a talent acquisition expert
Entrepreneurial and persuasive, with a “recruiter-as-sales” mindset: knows how to pitch opportunities and win top candidates
Skilled in structured interviewing and modern assessment techniques, with an ability to match people to roles beyond just the CV
