Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. This role offers unparalleled access to the heart of the crypto and fintech industries, where you'll work with the best minds in Web3 to attract and hire top-tier talent.
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and other recruiters to scale our growing teams globally.
Your Role:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process across global markets, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Lead searches for Senior, Head, and Director-level roles, managing complex, high-stakes hiring processes end-to-end.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders - align on role strategy, present market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, networking, and community engagement.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and hiring success rates.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent through creative and strategic methods.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience using ATS and other HR tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
English proficiency C1: you'll be communicating daily with candidates and stakeholders across global markets.
Hands-on experience in fintech and/or crypto: you understand the talent landscape and hiring dynamics in these industries.
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work: from sourcing and outreach to candidate assessment and pipeline management.
