Junior IT Recruiter

We’re growing fast and looking for Junior+ IT Recruiters to join our team and focus on hiring Golang or QA engineers.

In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters to help scale our engineering teams. You will work within a dedicated hiring stream and collaborate with a stream lead who will support your growth and development in IT recruitment.

This role is a great fit for someone who has already taken their first steps in IT recruiting, is eager to develop strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Challenges that await you:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles within your stream

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search

  • Conducting initial candidate interviews and coordinating the hiring process

  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines

  • Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to drive hiring decisions

  • Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate data in the ATS

What makes you a great fit:

  • 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment

  • Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks, or willingness to learn

  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques (X-ray search is a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow within IT recruitment

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to work in an international team
