Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on hiring top engineering talent and strengthening our technical teams. You will play a key role in attracting Software Engineers, QA specialists, System Analysts, mobile developers, and other technical professionals essential for the company’s growth and product excellence.
This role will involve a significant focus on high-volume hiring, ensuring a consistent and efficient pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical roles.

Your future tasks

  • Identify and attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage with potential candidates across various platforms.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

  • Maintain and optimize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure smooth candidate experience and pipeline tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on recruitment trends, particularly in the tech industry.

What we expect from candidate

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring technical specialists.

  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates on different platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.), experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Experience working in a startup, technology-driven company, or international environment is a significant advantage

What We Expect From You

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on digital, product, or technical roles.

  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels and tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience building long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Experience working with recruitment analytics and funnels, including tracking key metrics, analyzing conversion rates, and optimizing hiring processes based on data insights.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Experience working in startups, fast-growing product companies, or international environments is a strong plus.
