IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for key and supporting roles (IT, marketing, analytics, sales, etc.).

• Sourcing candidates through professional platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, etc.) as well as using creative approaches for challenging positions.

• Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

• Coordinating all hiring stages, including technical interviews and final meetings with managers.

• Building a talent pool for key positions.

• Analyzing and improving recruitment processes and suggesting new approaches for optimization.

• Maintaining and developing the company’s HR brand, participating in events aimed at attracting talent.

Requirements

• Knowledge of modern methods and tools for candidate sourcing.

• Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for communication with international candidates.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustful relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.
