IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of search and selection of IT and non-IT specialists across various locations;

• Organise all stages of the recruitment process;

• Collaborate directly with team leaders and managers;

• Work with sourcers and agencies;

• Participate in company HR projects;

• Maintain a candidate database and build long-term relationships with potential employees.

We expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter/HR with a recruiting function;

• Experience in the IT sector;

• Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels;

• English at B1 level, Russian at B2 level.
