HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partner Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, understanding department objectives and aligning HR strategies to meet organisational goals.
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees across all people-related matters including talent management, organisational design, and performance development.
Drive and deliver initiatives across employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, and retention.
Partner closely with leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and coaching to ensure team capability and growth.
Support change management processes, employee communications, and the embedding of company culture and values.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, onboard, and retain outstanding talent for global iGaming markets.
Provide expertise across employee relations case management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation in compliance with local employment laws.
Essential Qualifications and HR Experience
Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR advisory capacity, ideally in a fast-paced, international technology or iGaming environment.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
Solid practical knowledge of UK and international employment law (experience within EMEA markets is an advantage).
Track record of delivering HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver creative solutions.
High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgement in all areas of people management.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
