HR Manager

We’re looking for an HR Manager to support and scale Limitless's people operations.

This role is highly operational and requires someone who can bring structure, ownership, and strong execution across HR processes, employee support, onboarding, internal operations, and day-to-day people coordination.

You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring teams to help create an environment where people can operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-performance company.

We need someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

You will

• Manage and improve day-to-day HR and people operations processes

• Support onboarding and offboarding across the company

• Coordinate contracts, documentation, and employee records

• Help maintain internal policies, processes, and HR documentation

• Support employee relations and day-to-day team needs

• Assist with performance review cycles and people-related processes

• Help organize internal events, offsites, and team initiatives

• Partner with hiring and leadership teams on operational people support

• Contribute to building scalable HR processes as the company grows

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Operations roles within startups or high-growth companies

• Strong organizational and operational skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

• Experience working in fast-moving startup or tech environments

• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to have

• Experience supporting international or distributed teams

• Experience helping build HR processes from scratch

• Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and internal people operations systems

• Experience maintaining structured HR databases and recruiting workflows
