VIP Sales \ Support Manager

We are currently looking for a VIP Sales & SupportManager to help us build strong relationships with keyclients, increase sales, and ensure a high level of service.If you have strong sales skills, can find a personalizedapproach to clients, and want to work in the fast-growingcrypto industry, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Actively sell GoMining products and services to VIP clients using a personalized approach.
2. Build trust-based relationships with clients, analyze their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
3. Provide premium support to clients by quickly resolving issues via chat, messengers, and email.
4. Work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), maintain client databases, and track interactions and deals.
5. Collaborate with marketing and development teamsto enhance the client experience.
6. Analyze client behavior and suggest ways to increase engagement and LTV.
7. Ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
8. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.

What We Expect from You:

1. At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service (preferably in crypto, fintech, or IT).
2. Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals with VIP clients.
3. English level B2+ (written and spoken).
4. Understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFT, and mining (or willingness to learn quickly).
5. Ability to work with CRM systems and analytical tools.
6. Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
7. Customer-oriented approach, diplomacy, and ability to build long-term relationships.

Bonus Points:

1. Experience working with VIP clients and HNW investors.
2. Knowledge of additional languages (Chinese, Arabic, Spanish).
3. Experience in crypto exchanges, payment systems, or DeFi products.
