Talent Acquisition Lead Ops
The Operations team is the core engine of the company, responsible for delivering day-to-day execution across functions such as Customer Care, Logistics, Ambassadors, among others. It is typically a high-volume, fast-paced environment where efficiency, scalability, and service quality are critical.
The Talent Acquisition function supporting Operations plays a key role in ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and scales the talent needed to sustain growth. The team is responsible for building effective hiring strategies, developing talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet ambitious hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Challenges that await you:
Leading Talent Acquisition efforts for the Operations organization in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
Acting as the strategic hiring partner for Operations leaders, aligning recruiting strategies with business goals and workforce planning needs.
Owning the end-to-end hiring strategy for Operations, including workforce planning, sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring execution.
Collaborating with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Employer Branding, and business leaders to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Balancing business demands (speed, efficiency, and hiring volume) with candidate quality and experience.
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for operational and high-volume roles.
Supporting rapid hiring needs while maintaining quality-of-hire and long-term talent success.
Driving recruiting performance through data, analytics, and continuous process improvement.
Building structure, consistency, and scalable recruiting processes in evolving and fast-growing environments.
Leading recruiting initiatives across large operational teams with diverse talent profiles.
Leveraging sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
Influencing business leaders and driving hiring decisions in a highly execution-focused environment.
What makes you a great fit:
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Operations, Customer Support, Logistics, BPOs, Contact Centers, or other high-volume environments.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruiting Manager, or Senior Recruiter supporting large Operations organizations.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent pipelining, sourcing strategies, and high-volume recruiting.
Experience hiring for large populations and operational roles at scale.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using recruiting metrics and funnel analytics to drive decisions.
Experience designing and optimizing recruiting processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
Experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
High adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Fluent English and Spanish are required.
