Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and attract talent across technical and non-technical roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer
• Collaborate with hiring managers and heads on role requirements
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Conduct interviews and assess cultural and professional fit
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
• Support the HR team during low-hiring periods

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (IT/tech preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, referrals)
• Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.)
• Understanding of tech hiring landscape and role profiles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with rapid team scaling under project demands
• Ability to source candidates globally via diverse channels
• English — B2+, Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native, Understanding Ukrainian is must
• Residence outside Russia, Belarus & Ukraine

We offer:

• Fully remote, full-time
• Salary: $1000–$1500 (depends on experience)
• Performance bonuses for each closed position ($50–$150 depending on role level)
