We’re looking for a motivated Junior Talent Sourcer / Researcher to support our HR team with finding relevant frontend and backend engineering profiles. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in IT recruitment. Prior experience is not required — what matters most is strong English, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

What we look for:

• Strong written English and ability to read technical profiles and resumes

• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with candidate data

• Interest in IT recruitment and willingness to learn about technical roles

• Ability to search for information online and work with different sources

• Structured approach to collecting, organizing, and updating candidate information

• Proactive attitude and readiness to ask questions when something is unclear

• Any previous experience in sourcing, research, recruitment, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Sheets, or Notion would be a plus, but is not required
