Social Media Manager

Endel is an award-winning sound wellness company using generative AI to help people focus, relax, and sleep. We operate globally with a highly international and interdisciplinary team.

We operate as a flat hierarchy organization, relying on personal responsibility and a high level of autonomy for its distributed team members.

As we continue to grow and explore new channels and ideas to scale the product, we’re opening this role to build and drive our SMM direction.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an SMM strategy from scratch with a strong performance focus (installs & subscriptions)

• Own and manage Instagram end-to-end (content, posting, stories, audience engagement)

• Set up and scale content production processes (including UGC and creator collaborations)

• Continuously test hypotheses (formats, hooks, storytelling, visuals) and optimize based on performance metrics (CPI, CPA, conversions, subscribers)

We expect this person to take full ownership of the channel’s P&L and make it self-sustaining during the probation period.

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience and cases in performance-driven SMM (focused on installs, subscriptions, conversions — not just reach or branding)

• Strong results orientation: you think in metrics, funnels, and unit economics

• Ability to build strategy from zero and scale it systematically

• Hands-on and independent: you decide what resources (UGC, creators, tools) are needed to hit targets

• Experience growing social channels with clear, measurable impact

• Fluent English

• Experience in wellness / ADHD / mental health is a strong plus
