Senior UA Manager

Remote or office (Warsaw).

I am looking for a Senior UA Manager (Google Ads/Meta/TikTok) for fast-growing (50%+ MoM) VC-backed startup.

What You’ll Do:

1. Launch and manage ad campaigns (web/mobile) in Google sources (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
2. Conduct research and keyword/targeting selection, compose advertisements, generate marketing texts, develop banners together with designer for PPC campaigns, and optimize them through A/B testing
3. Track performance, KPIs, and budget compliance
4. Analyse funnel metrics and suggest improvements
5. Prepare insight-rich reports with clear recommendations
6. Follow industry trends and adjust strategy
7. Run and evaluate growth experiments

You Must Have:

1. 4+ years experience in Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
2. You worked with budgets $200k+/mo
3. Experience with subscription-based apps (Web2Web preferred, but Web2App also important; mobile/web)
4. Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and Google Ads auction mechanics
5. Strong experience in analysing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
6. Competitor research skills (Ad spy tools, keyword analysis, funnel deconstruction)
7. Solid knowledge of unit economics
8. Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Result-oriented, hard-working with high ambitions
10. Highest level of ownership and autonomy - you identify and solve problems without guidance
11. Upper-Intermediate+ English

Will Be a Plus:

1. Experience with Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks
