🚀 Performance marketing is being rebuilt around AI. We're shipping the system.

Plurio AI automates ad management for companies spending $500K+/month on Google, Meta, and similar channels. The agent connects ad platforms, CRM, and revenue. It learns the strategic logic a senior performance marketer would apply – when to scale, when to kill, when to hold. It encodes the repeatable parts of that thinking into rules and skills that run inside the ad account, every cycle. Strategy stays human. Execution disappears.

The most ambitious performance teams are rebuilding themselves around AI right now – not next year, not when it's safe. We're one of the companies writing how this actually works in production – with real budgets, in real client accounts. The teams that move first will write the playbook everyone else borrows from.

🚀 Encode your strategy. Scale it across dozens of teams.

You're a Head of UA, Senior UA, or Performance Lead. You've owned budgets that move the business. You know what scaling looks like and what kills it. The standard next move at this level is more headcount – bigger team, more managing. There's a different path now – scale yourself through agents instead.

That's this role. You stay the orchestrator. The agents do the work. The calls you've made for years – when to scale, when to kill, how to allocate across channels and markets, how to read creative cycles and CAC drift before the dashboards catch up – become the rules and skills that run across hundreds of client accounts. Your playbook stops being a Notion doc. It becomes the system.

You also sit across the table from our clients' marketing leaders – CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, performance directors at companies spending $1M+/month on paid. Not as a vendor. As a peer who's done their job and now operates one layer above it: showing them how their own team scales through agents – not headcount.

You will work directly with founders Seva Ustinov and Kirill Kasimskiy. 20+ years between them in performance marketing and analytics – scaling an agency past 100 people, then building a cross-funnel analytics product for teams with long conversion chains and LTV-driven acquisition. They've done this work at scale. They want more practitioners on the team who have, too.

The entire company runs AI-first in Cursor on a shared workspace. We don't pitch it. We're the example.

🎯 What You’ll Own

Sit across from leadership

Run discovery and validation conversations with our prospects' marketing leadership – CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, Performance Directors. Speak to them as a peer, not a vendor: how their team's operating model changes when agents do the execution. From experience, not from slides.

Bring it to clients

Work directly with the UA leadership of our most strategic accounts. Embedded in their setup, understanding how they run acquisition, calibrating the agent against their reality. You're at the frontier of how performance marketing is being rebuilt around AI – and you're seeing it happen across dozens of the best teams in the market.

Encode the playbook

Take the strategic logic you've been running in your head – when to scale, when to kill, how creative cycles play out, how budget shifts across markets – and turn it into rules and skills. A new workflow often starts with one client: you test it there, refine it until it works, and then it runs everywhere. Your instincts become the system.

Shape the product

Translate what you see in the field into product direction. You're the practitioner's voice on the team – what's missing, what's wrong, what would make the agent more powerful for the teams using it at scale.

🔥 What We're Looking For

âš¡ Must Have

  • Hands-on budget management — you've personally run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, or both. Budgets $500K+/month. This means you were actually in the ad account, making campaign-level decisions, accountable for CPA/ROAS

  • Head / Senior / Lead UA level — you're currently a Head of UA, used to be, or are a Senior who works fully autonomously. You've owned results, not just executed tasks

  • Automation experience — you've worked with automation tools or built in-house: automated rules, scripts, reporting pipelines. You know what this is and why it matters

  • Data fluency — SQL fluency is a plus, but what we need is a structural understanding of how advertising data works: funnels, attribution, where numbers come from. Not "I look at dashboards" but "I understand what's behind them"

  • AI-comfortable — Cursor, Claude Code, AI tools shouldn't be new concepts. Ideally you're already using them in your daily work

âš¡ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or building AI-powered workflows

  • Public presence (LinkedIn, Telegram channel, conference talks)

  • Experience briefing developers on automation tasks

âš¡ Red Flags

  • Strategy or media planning only, without mechanic fluency. We need someone who's been deep inside the machine – who reads a campaign setup and immediately knows what's happening. It has to be in the muscle memory

  • Budgets consistently below $100K/month (different scale, different problems)

  • No automation experience at all

  • No understanding of data fundamentals (attribution, funnels, where ad numbers come from)

  • Deep expertise in one very specific setup that can't generalize across different clients

🚀 What You Can Expect

  • Your expertise is the product — the deeper your UA knowledge, the more valuable you become, here and in the industry

  • Work at the frontier — you're building AI that does the work of experienced performance marketers. Nobody has done this before

  • An AI-first team at 30+ people — Cursor, shared workspace, agents in daily flow. We don't pitch it. We're the example

  • Remote-first, no nonsense — work from anywhere, async-friendly, results over hours

🚀 Hiring Process

  1. Application form. We respond within 48 hours.

  2. Intro call (Yulia, Head of People, 30 min). Company overview, your background, mutual questions.

  3. Deep dive (Evelina or Kirill, 60 min). Practical case discussion: how you've managed UA, what you've automated, how you work with data.

  4. Final interview (Denis, CPO, 60 min). Product fit, how you think about workflows and automation.

  5. Offer. If it's a mutual fit, we discuss terms and get started.
