Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of recruitment experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
Proven experience hiring for engineering or other technical roles is heavily preferred
Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Solid understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, or Computer Science)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product)
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach)
Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked and reported
