Sales Operations Manager
About the Role

At Salmon Philippines, we’re building smart, scalable sales systems powered by analytics and machine learning. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who is excited to own processes end-to-end and turn data into real business impact.
This role offers high ownership, strong exposure to ML-driven products, and fast professional growth.
The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.
What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning
Lead the development of an ML-based sales planning tool (granular, store-level planning) in collaboration with our ML team
Build, update, and optimize monthly sales plans
Performance Review
Lead development of a Performance Tracker IT tool
Segment the salesforce into performance tiers using 20+ performance signals
Design and implement a “Develop or Out” framework to continuously improve average sales performance
Incentives & Motivation
Design and roll out a best-in-class incentives system for the sales team
Monitor incentive effectiveness and optimize on a monthly basis
Geographical Optimization
Optimize territory allocation between sales leaders together with the ML team
Improve coverage, efficiency, and sales productivity
Reporting & Analytics
Build mobile-friendly and desktop dashboards
Prepare clear, actionable reports to support data-driven decision-making
Who You Are:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI reporting tools
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Comfortable handling regular and routine analytical tasks
1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a tech-driven environment
