People & Operations Manager (Junior+/Middle)

About Us

We are a fast-growing international IT company working across multiple projects in AI, fintech, infrastructure, and digital products.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive People & Operations Manager to work directly with the team lead and support a wide range of operational, HR, administrative, and research-related tasks.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys solving different types of problems, learning quickly, and operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

Your tasks

  • Support hiring and recruitment processes across multiple projects

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate pipelines, and communication

  • Help structure and optimize internal HR and operational workflows

  • Assist with onboarding and people operations processes

  • Support international relocation and migration-related tasks

  • Conduct research and find solutions for operational/business challenges

  • Help organize internal documentation and knowledge bases

  • Use AI tools to automate and improve internal processes

  • Support content and employer branding initiatives when needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Operations, HR, People Ops, Recruiting, Administration, or similar roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, etc.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT or startup environments

  • Experience with international operations or relocation processes

  • Familiarity with Notion, ATS systems, Airtable, CRM tools, or automation workflows

  • Basic understanding of recruiting, operations, and business processes

  • Interest in AI, systems thinking, and process optimization
