Product-Oriented AI Builder (AI Product Manager)

We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world, except RF and RB, ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment .

We are looking for a AI Product Manager or Product-Oriented AI Builder, who can take ownership of a product from idea to a working solution.

The main feature of this role: you must be able to implement tasks hands-on using AI tools. You will work within a team, but you are expected to autonomously handle the entire feature development lifecycle.

Product & Delivery (No unnecessary bureaucracy)

• Requirements gathering & validation: Communicating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating them into product solutions.

• Autonomy within a team: Ability to independently build a prototype and take it all the way to production, acting as a fully functional unit within a larger team.

• Understanding of product metrics (conversion, retention) and focus on business outcomes, not on perfect processes for the sake of process.

AI-First Development (Strictly required)

• Hands-on experience building real projects/MVPs using Cursor, Claude Code.

• Ability to effectively prompt AI (prompt engineering, using predefined skills) and maintain context for complex tasks.

• Ability to take generated code to a working state using AI assistants — not just copying random snippets from a chat.

Technical Foundation (System Thinking)

• Exposure and experience working with engineering teams (5–10 years), sufficient to understand the fundamental principles of the software development lifecycle.

• Clear systemic understanding of how modern web applications work: the difference between frontend and backend, how APIs, databases, and client-server architecture function.

• Ability to write code manually and a solid understanding of how system components interact with each other at a high level.

Communication & Culture

• English: C1 (required). Confident communication with clients and presentation of completed solutions.

• Hands-on approach: willingness to dive deep into product implementation details.

• Ability to work in uncertainty and quickly test hypotheses.

Key Selection Criteria

The candidate must have real experience building MVPs or working features using AI tools (not just ChatGPT for text, but end-to-end generation of working applications) and prior experience working as a developer or tech lead.
