This role sits at the intersection of product, legal, data, and operations and focuses on building a high-impact product that directly drives recovery, cost efficiency, and scalability of legal operations.
You will own a critical product area end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy to delivering measurable business outcomes across the full legal collections lifecycle.
Challenges that await you:
Own the product direction and roadmap for legal collections automation
Translate business and legal strategy into scalable product solutions
Design and launch end-to-end automated workflows across the legal lifecycle (case selection, document generation, filing, status tracking)
Drive improvements in key business metrics such as recovery rate, cost per case, and time-to-resolution
Build and iterate on decisioning logic using data, segmentation, and scoring models
Define success metrics and lead experimentation (A/B testing) to optimize performance
Work closely with Legal, Collections, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to deliver solutions end-to-end
Own integrations with external partners (law firms, courts, vendors)
Ensure scalability and compliance of all product decisions
What makes you a great fit:
4+ years of experience in Product Management
Experience owning a product area or key product initiatives end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to drive decisions
Experience building or improving workflow-based or operational products
Ability to translate complex business processes into product solutions
