Chief Product Officer (CPO)

We are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the overall responsibility for product strategy and development of Joom Marketplace platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom Marketplace

• Ensure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers high-quality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targets

• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

• Manage, develop and hire a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts

Requirements

• At least three years experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a senior product leadership role within the B2C services

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions

• Self-discipline and ability to independently plan, set, and prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in English (B2 and higher)

Preferred

• Knowledge of B2C e-commerce trends, technologies, and customer behaviors
