Paid User Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Paid User Acquisition Specialist to help us scale web and mobile traffic across our global music platforms – Ultimate Guitar, MuseScore, and Audio.com.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of advertising channels;
2. Optimization of advertising campaigns based on data in accordance with established KPIs;
3. Testing hypotheses, new formats, markets, and traffic sources;
4. Collaboration with the creative team on the creation of promotional and informational materials;
5. Interaction with analysts to build reports and conduct A/B testing

Required Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in Paid UA web and mobile traffic with strict KPIs (preferably in the international market);
2. Experience working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ASA, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads (at least 3 of them);
3. Understanding of how web and mobile analytics systems work;
4. Strategic and analytical thinking, responsibility, and attentiveness;
5. Experience in ASO as plus
6. English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
