Business Analyst [Payments & Transfers]
We are launching a bank from scratch in Colombia and building core financial products for our users.
The Payments & Transfers team owns key user journeys — from P2P transfers and bill payments to cash-in/cash-out and online payments. These flows are critical to the daily experience of our customers and directly impact product adoption and growth.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help launch and scale payment products through integrations with external partners and by designing seamless user experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology, combining strong analytical and requirements skills with product thinking, and has a direct impact on the end-user experience and product performance.
Challenges that await you:
Collaborating with external partners (payment providers, transfer systems) to launch integrations
Analyzing technical documentation (APIs, integration flows) and translating it into business requirements
Gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Defining data and system requirements and supporting technical integrations
Participating in discovery, backlog management, and sprint planning
Working closely with product designers to define user flows and improve UX
Supporting development lifecycle: clarifications, UAT, and releases
Participating in daily team syncs and resolving ongoing issues
Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Running A/B tests, analyzing results, and driving product improvements
Defining and continuously improving product metrics
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or payments
Ability to read and understand technical documentation (APIs, integration flows)
Experience working closely with engineering teams (technical background is a plus)
Proven ability to gather and document requirements (BRDs, user stories, use cases)
Strong product thinking and understanding of user journeys and UX flows
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritise and work effectively in an agile environment
Experience with A/B testing and product metrics
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills:
Experience integrating with external providers
Familiarity with LATAM markets or strong interest in the region
Our ways of working:
Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
Relocation support to one of our hubs — Serbia, Cyprus or Georgia — with assistance for the employee and their family
Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
