Head of Growth
ZeptoLab is a profitable, 90-person mobile game studio behind globally recognized titles. As we scale, we're looking for a Head of Growth to own our full marketing function — UA, ASO, ad monetization, and product marketing — across our entire portfolio.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have real influence over commercial strategy and the autonomy to build the marketing engine that defines ZeptoLab's next chapter. If you thrive where strategy meets execution, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop the marketing team across UA, product marketing, creative production, and ad monetization
Drive UA performance across paid channels (Meta, Google, AppLovin/ironSource) — define targets, manage channel mix, evaluate creative effectiveness, and optimize payback and ROAS models
Own ASO across all titles: keyword strategy, A/B testing, store page optimization, and localization priorities
Oversee ad monetization strategy, balancing revenue growth with player experience
Partner with analytics to turn performance data into clear marketing decisions and priorities
Support new game launches: define soft launch approach, geo-rollout logic, and performance expectations for greenlight decisions
Translate business priorities into clear marketing plans in close collaboration with Studio GMs and the CEO
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in mobile game marketing, with significant time in a senior leadership role
Hands-on expertise in user acquisition — Meta, Google, AppLovin/ironSource, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer or Adjust)
Solid grasp of ASO: keyword strategy, store conversion optimization, and experimentation
Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams across UA, product marketing, and creative
Sharp product marketing instinct — you understand both player motivation and business goals
Experience in a multi-title environment, balancing different priorities across a portfolio
Fluent with performance data — you make decisions based on numbers, not gut alone
Nice to Have
Familiarity with hybrid-casual puzzle or midcore genres
Experience with creative testing frameworks
Background in new mobile game launches
