Technical Product Manager (Reconciliation)
Location: Manila, Philippines
Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10
We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to design and re-engineer scalable end-to-end operational payment flows - cards, transfers, clearing, reconciliation, disputes/chargebacks within regulatory guardrails.
This is a hybrid role combining product ownership, systems thinking, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to transform manual work into efficient, measurable, and automated solutions.
Bring 3+ years in payments (ideally international banking), hands-on lifecycle expertise, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset - we’ll be happy to talk.
Key Responsibilities
Document and analyze end-to-end payment and settlement flows.
Define functional requirements for clearing and reconciliation systems.
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure correctness of financial transactions.
Conduct acceptance testing with operations and finance teams.
Prepare and deliver demos of new solutions or enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and development for implemented solutions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical PM in fintech (preferably payments domain), banking, or enterprise automation.
Experience with payment systems (SWIFT, ISO20022, RTGS, clearinghouses).
Understanding of reconciliation, settlement, and accounting posting processes.
Familiarity with banking core systems and transaction lifecycle.
Experience with operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and compliance is a strong plus.
