Financial Analyst / Finance Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who will work closely with the team on financial calculations, analytics, forecasting, and business modeling during the launch and scaling of new projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building financial logic, analyzing business models, and using modern AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial calculations and business estimations for new projects and initiatives

• Analyze market pricing, competitors, and industry benchmarks

• Calculate key financial metrics and economic indicators

• Build financial models and forecasts (revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow)

• Analyze unit economics and evaluate project profitability

• Conduct financial research and prepare analytical reports

• Work with data and interpret insights for business decision-making

• Automate calculations and financial workflows using AI tools

• Support various finance-related operational tasks as projects evolve

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or similar roles

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Experience working with financial and operational data

• Ability to build financial models and forecasts

• Understanding of key financial metrics and unit economics

• Experience using — or strong willingness to actively use — AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency

• High level of independence and ownership

• Strong organizational skills and systematic thinking

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups, IT, SaaS, AI, or digital products

• Experience with financial planning for early-stage projects

• Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel advanced functions

• Experience with BI, dashboards, or analytics tools

• Familiarity with automation and AI-assisted workflows

• Understanding of product metrics, CAC/LTV economics, or subscription business models
