Join Rainbow.ai and help shape how businesses use weather data worldwide. We build industry-grade weather APIs that empower energy, aviation, agriculture, and logistics teams to make smarter, safer decisions. As a proactive Sales Manager and Business Developer, you'll own end-to-end sales, run technical demos, negotiate with executives, and close deals that create real value for customers.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end sales for our Weather API: lead generation, qualification, technical demos, contract negotiations, closing, and onboarding.

• Deliver compelling, hands-on demos for technical and commercial stakeholders—highlighting NWP accuracy, resolution, and forecast parameters.

• Build and grow a high-value pipeline; drive upsells, renewals, and long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape customer-driven features (forecast horizons, custom data formats, parameters).

• Monitor competitors and market offerings (e.g., MeteoBlue, OpenWeatherMap) to sharpen Rainbow.ai's positioning and messaging.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS and API products.

• Proven track record selling AI, data, forecasting, or API solutions.

• Experience in the renewable energy domain (wind, solar, storage, grid, power trading) — high priority.

• Confident communicator in English (C1+), comfortable with executive-level negotiations and technical demos.

• KPI-driven, CRM-savvy, with a clear record of achieving revenue targets across the full sales cycle (lead → close).

• Meteorology knowledge (NWP fundamentals, forecasting methods, weather-data products) — a strong plus, not mandatory.
