Payment Operations Manager

Hi guys!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to own our accounts receivable function and client credit risk management. This is a full-time office-based position in Limassol.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full AR cycle — invoicing, collections, and bank reconciliation

• Maintain aging reports and drive resolution of overdue balances

• Set and review client credit limits; identify early warning signals

• Enforce Credit & Collection Policy; support audits and coordinate with Legal on debt recovery

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in AR, payment operations, collections, or credit risk management

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data

• Experience with ERP systems and cash flow forecasting tools

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, Sales, and Senior Management

• Proactive mindset — you flag problems before they become crises

• Russian and English language proficiency is required
