Head of Retail Operations

An international chain of гастрonomy and delicatessen stores operating across 5 countries is looking for a strong retail leader based in Cyprus who genuinely enjoys hands-on retail operations.

Key responsibilities:

• daily operational management and personal audits of all 13 stores across 4 cities in Cyprus

• achieving sales targets and increasing profitability

• stock, merchandising and assortment control

• working closely with suppliers and contractors

• participation in launching new store locations

Who we are looking for:

• experience managing a retail chain or multiple stores (food retail / horeca experience would be an advantage)

• ability to make fast decisions and deliver results

• strong organizational skills, high level of ownership and leadership qualities

• valid driving license and confident driving skills

• Working language inside the company is Russian.

• English level B1 is enough.
