Business Development Manager (KOL)

We’re looking for an experienced KOL Business Development Manager to drive growth in the CIS region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and strengthen the company’s presence in the CIS market.

• Identify and establish partnerships with potential collaborators, influencers, KOLs, and projects in the crypto industry.

• Plan and execute online campaigns, marketing initiatives, and occasional offline events in collaboration with opinion leaders and media channels.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with teams and companies to attract new users.

• Manage and grow existing partner relationships to support exchange growth.

• Implement new strategies to expand the user base and enhance brand awareness across the CIS region.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in major exchanges is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of the crypto market and hands-on trading experience, especially with futures.

• Fluency in Russian and English.

• Proactive mindset and creativity in building strategic partnerships.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
