Business Development Manager (DeoVR)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive product strategy, expand brand awareness, optimize content strategy, and enhance the experience for both creators and consumers. This role is about structuring operations, attracting top content, and fostering a thriving ecosystem that sets DeoVR apart from the competition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute growth strategies that align with our vision, ensuring long-term product and market success
Strengthen brand presence and engagement, positioning DeoVR as the leading platform for immersive content
Identify and implement new revenue streams and optimize existing monetization strategies
Attract high-quality content and top creators, defining the type of content that thrives on our platform
Lead internal teams to optimize workflows, set KPIs, and drive measurable impact
Discover and establish strategic B2B partnerships to expand DeoVR’s market reach and ecosystem
Improve the user experience for both creators and consumers, making the platform more intuitive and engaging
Lead market research efforts to uncover new trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the VR space.
YOUR PROFILE:
Relevant experience preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or startups
Experience creating and executing comprehensive business development strategies
Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media
Strong business acumen and common sense in decision-making
An understanding of VR, immersive media, and content platforms is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally, structuring and optimizing team processes
A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving environment
Fluency in English
