Business Development Manager (Crypto, Asia)

A global proprietary trading & market-making firm — is expanding its Sales & BD team in East and Southeast Asia.

                                                                                                                                                                                 Responsibilities:

 — Source and establish new partnerships (VCs, incubators, accelerators, exchanges, marketing agencies, KOL networks, etc.)

 — Build and grow relationships, turning them into active deal flow

 — Conduct calls, presentations, and discovery sessions

 — Attend major crypto conferences and networking events in Asia

 — Present company solutions in trading, market making, and token launches

                                                                                                                                                                                  Requirements:

 — Crypto industry experience + strong knowledge of the Asian ecosystem

 — Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

 — Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

 — Willingness to travel to key industry events in the region

 — 1–3+ years in BD/partnerships in crypto

 — Existing network across funds, exchanges, launchpads, incubators, KOL networks, or agencies
