Requirements:

  • 3+ years in full-cycle B2B sales

  • Build and execute marketing & outreach strategy (LinkedIn, email, events, webinars, etc.)

  • Lead full-cycle B2B sales: from first contact and demos to negotiation and closing

  • Develop client partnerships: drive long-term success and natural upsell through value

  • Own and optimize the growth budget with a data-driven mindset

  • Leverage your IT project/product experience to navigate complex client needs

  • Attend events, grow our network, and constantly test acquisition hypotheses

  • Use AI tools (LLMs, etc.) to accelerate growth

  • English: C1, Russian: B2
