Business Analyst (HR Tech)
Location: Manila, Philippines (office), relocation
Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10
The Growth team at Salmon is looking for experienced and proactive Business Analyst who will ensure successful transition to new HR IT architecture - analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing effective procedures to meet the company's goals.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business processes, architecture and the People — if you’re passionate about making processes structured, efficient, optimized and have background in people experiences, we’d like to meet!
Key responsibilities:
Analysis of current HR processes
Development of proposals for optimization and automation
Assessment of risks and benefits of changes
Project implementation planning
Description of processes in “as-is / to-be” format
Formulation and documentation of requirements
Interaction with key stakeholders
Participation in the development of HR systems
What we expect from candidate:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
3+ years of experience in HR
Fluent English, B2 and higher
Skills in gathering and analyzing requirements
Experience working with functional and non-functional requirements
Skills in describing and optimizing business processes
Experience modeling processes in BPMN 2.0
Experience in process automation and IT solution implementation
