User Acquisition Manager (Meta)
Ruby Labs is a tech company with a portfolio of consumer products in health, education, and entertainment (100M+ annual users). We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive customer acquisition for our subscription-based web products. Our current growth engine relies heavily on Meta and Google, and we are planning to expand into new channels such as Snapchat and TikTok. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on scaling profitably, optimizing campaigns, and building repeatable growth systems.
Responsibilities:
ROI Maximization
Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency.
Data Analysis & Insights
Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance metrics.
Leverage Tableau, Google Ads and Meta reporting, and other tools to extract insights.
Translate data into actionable strategies and tactical decisions.
Campaign Structure & Optimization
Design and implement optimal campaign/account structures.
Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
Run A/B tests to identify scaling opportunities.
Channel Expansion
Oversee and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google, while testing new growth channels
Allocate budgets effectively across platforms based on performance and growth potential.
Stay updated on platform changes and new features, adapting strategies accordingly.
Strategy Development
Collaborate with leadership to establish acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgets.
Build and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives.
Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Creative Collaboration
Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Provide data-driven feedback on ad copy and visual assets to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Market Research & Growth Experiments
Identify funnel leakages and propose high-impact experiments to improve efficiency.
Research new traffic sources and evaluate their potential.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with data, product, and growth teams to ensure cohesive acquisition efforts.
Collaborate closely with leadership on budget planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience
4+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription-based products (web-web or web-app).
Proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience managing 7-figure monthly advertising budgets and scaling them profitably.
Experience testing and scaling new channels from scratch strongly preferred.
Analytical Skills
Advanced skills in campaign analysis, attribution, and optimization.
Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
